Laughter yoga sessions may start with gentle warm-up techniques which include stretching, chanting, clapping, eye contact and body movement, to help break down inhibitions and encourage a sense of playfulness. Breathing exercises are used to prepare the lungs for laughter, followed by a series of ‘laughter exercises’ that combine the method of acting and visualization techniques with playfulness. Laughter exercises are interspersed with breathing exercises

Hetta's Story
Hi beautiful souls, I'm Hetta, and I am a Happiness Coach and Laughter Yoga lady. My entire purpose in life is to spread joy and laughter throughout the world.
I've always had a passion for helping others, and my journey to becoming a Happiness Coach started with my background in massage therapy and Reiki Healing. However, my life took an unexpected turn when I lost my husband at the young age of 35.
In the midst of my grief, I embarked on a spiritual quest to find healing and solace. It was during this transformative time that I realised something profound - my husband would never want me to be consumed by sadness, especially since we had two young boys to raise together.
That realisation became the foundation for my work as a Happiness Coach. I firmly believe that sadness and happiness cannot coexist simultaneously - it's one or the other. And for me, laughter became the key to unlocking true happiness.
My aim is to help people find that same joy and contentment I discovered on my own journey. I offer hour-long laughter sessions where we dive deep into individuals' fears and worries, and together, we laugh them goodbye. Laughter has an incredible ability to lighten heavy hearts and alleviate burdensome anxieties.
Whether you prefer to participate in small group laughter sessions, or if you'd rather work with me one-on-one, I am here to guide you towards a life brimming with happiness. Through our time together, we'll address your fears and worries head-on, infusing laughter and joy into every aspect of your being.
